A person may be admitted as a student member if they are undertaking training in Counselling or Psychotherapy.
- A letter outlining the student’s current study program and a copy of the letter of offer into the training institution or other reasonable verification of the current study
- A letter of application
For Full member renewals or upgrades, we require the submission of:
- Proof of (continued) employment as a practising counsellor e.g. a letter on letterhead from an employer or a statutory declaration from you if you are self-employed (which does not need to be verified by a JP)
- Proof of public liability and professional indemnity insurance
- Evidence of a current supervision agreement
